Angie’s career has taken her through household names such as Natal Wholesale Jewellers (NWJ), Smith & Nephew PTY Ltd, the Edcon Group (Edgars) and Sumitomo Rubber South Africa (Dunlop Tyres). She has led and managed very successful HR teams in her career. She and her team members have often been called to pilot projects, be involved in critical thinking and brainstorming as well as manage projects. She has a natural ability to problem solve and look for innovative solutions whilst driving teams to success.
Her experience spans across the entire HR Generalist functions including remuneration, benefits, job structuring and grading, HR systems and processes, performance management, talent management, succession planning and employee relations – she can offer it all. She also has the ability to think strategically and look beyond the now for both business and people. Finally, she has also managed large cross-functional projects with significant IT capex investment requirements – a unique value-add to any business.

She is now an HR Consultant to a myriad of national and international clients like Illovo Sugar (Malawi), SA Natural Products, MTT Structures, REalTelematics to name but a few.

Angie is also a qualified DISC and MOTIVATORS Practitioner, well known behavioural profiling tools and can therefore assist individuals and teams in understanding themselves and each other enabling improved communication and team dynamics.
