Jenny is a determined and focused individual who strives toward excellence. She is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.
In a world that is increasingly volatile and complex, leaders cannot afford to be dualistic, either / or thinkers. Self-awareness is the gateway to the ability to hold contradiction and paradox to innovate and find a ‘third way’. Drawing from her experience as a coach and facilitator, Jenny has access to powerful tools to change mental models that no longer serve us. In the process, inner obstacles that keep us locked in ineffective behaviours are replaced by more effective strategies.
Greater self-awareness and personal growth facilitate more effective relationships, health and wellness and personal productivity. These competencies are vital in an environment where collaborative leadership is required across reporting lines, geographies and organizations.
