EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

Mike is currently a Partner in GMM Consulting Group. Until recently Mike was a Senior Manager in the Advisory practice of PwC. He has more than 20 years of experience in facilitation, leadership development and culture change.

Mike also has experience in strategy facilitation and development in customer interviews and feed-back processes. His clients are manufacturing companies in various industries and public sector clients.

Prior to joining PwC South Africa, Mike was the senior manager responsible for the Leadership and Culture Change offering of Argil, a niche consulting firm who were bought out by PwC in July 2013.

At Argil, Mike’s role was the development and facilitation of the Grid Organisation Culture Change process. He also gained significant experience in the development and facilitation of strategic planning workshops for Argil’s clients and facilitating Argil’s Strategic Customer Growth Interview and feedback process.
